Alia Raad
Clinical Psychologist
My work is driven by a deep commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals and families.
I address a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, relationship difficulties, and parenting support, drawing on somatic and humanistic approaches that foster mind–body awareness and authentic self-expression. I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences and identify patterns.
I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating grief and trauma, assisting them in processing their emotions and reconnecting with a sense of safety and purpose. My approach emphasizes compassion, presence, and understanding, creating a space where one can feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Jessika Wilson
Certified Canadian Counsellor Qualifying
I work with people feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected; often navigating sick leave, breakups, infidelity, grief, or identity shifts. My clients may not always have clear goals, but they long to feel more at home in themselves. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where emotions and bodily sensations can be safely explored. Together, we slow down, listen inward, and support healing that is honest, embodied, and real.
Counselling is a space of deep presence and connection, a relationship built on safety, trust, and the freedom to feel. I support individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, trauma, and questions of identity by reconnecting with their inner experience, not just thoughts, but emotions and the felt sense in the body.
With over ten years of living and travelling across cultures, I bring a deep respect for difference, complexity, and the many ways people carry and express pain and resilience. My approach is rooted in relational, somatic, and mindfulness-based modalities. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all counselling; I meet each person where they are, honouring their pace.

Chloe Bieber
Counselling Psychology Candidate
Hi, I’m Chloe, a counselling intern completing my master’s degree in counselling psychology at Yorkville University. I believe counselling can be a space to slow down, tune in, and make sense of the parts of ourselves that often go unheard. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and non-judgment as we explore what healing and growth might look like for you. My emerging practice is grounded in a commitment to social justice and equality, and I strive to create a space where all aspects of you are welcomed and supported.
I work with adults who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem challenges. I take a collaborative, individualized approach to counselling, drawing on evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioural, somatic, and humanistic approaches.
Taking the first step toward counselling can feel intimidating. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you’re looking to better understand yourself, process difficult emotions and experiences, or clarify your goals, I’m here to support you in a way that feels right for you.
