This short practice will require our mindful intention to step into balance through our breath. An opportunity to start our weeks with nourishment.

About the event
Join us for a group breath work session to release tension and stress, increase energy and focus, and promote overall well-being. Together we will breathe during this 30 minute session, guided by Alia Raad, Breath Work Facilitator.
No prior experience is necessary, just an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.
